Marion Saddle Club Rules & Regulations

1. Riders/Parents/Trainers must be familiar with Class/Divison Specs, MSC Rules & Regulations.

    2.   Class/Division Specifications not adhered to may result in explusion from classes and/or loss of
          points.

    3.   Riders who have made a "move-up" to a different division may not return to a lesser division
          without an appeal to the MSC Board.

    4.   This show is presented under the guidelines of USEF Rules. 

    5.   Management reserves the right to refuse or to receive any exhibitor and/ or horse before    
          the show and reserves the right to order from the premises during the show any exhibitor 
          or horse without being liable for compensation.

    6.   Any act of discourtesy to a judge or any other official of the show on the part of any owner,
          trainer, rider or groom will immediately disqualify any horse or horses with whom they are
          associated, any entry fees for such horses will be forfeited. 

    7.   All riders must wear approved headgear while on showgrounds.

    8.    Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on the show grounds, or be subject to a 
           $25.00fine and removal from the grounds. 

    9.    PROOF of negative coggins will be required of each horse entering the show grounds.

    10.  ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER 8PM TUESDAY PRIOR TO SHOW 
          WILL BE CONSIDERED POST ENTRIES AND CHARGED A POST ENTRY FEE. 
          NO  NUMBERS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL ENTRY BLANK IS SIGNED
          AND PAYMENT IS MADE.

    11.  Any partial entry will be considered a post entry.

    12.  Stalls will be available by reservation.  See stall chart.

    13.  Three refusals will eliminate rider from class.

    14.  No alcoholic beverages.

    15.  No scooters, golf carts, etc., permitted on show grounds.

    16.  Schooling in the arena is available on Friday from 11AM to 7PM.  Saturday AM, Flat 
           only until 7:30AM and after the show Saturday for one hour.  Sunday until 7:30AM.   
           Individuals wishing only to school horses or ponies but are not showing, will be charged
           $25.00/horse/pony to use the arena.
